Peter Morgan
Tyler and his team are some of the best in the collision industry. Glendale Body Shop is quite literally the only body shop in Cincinnati I will take my vehicles to. Tyler and his team just finished up some minor repairs on my Suburban. They got me in and out of the shop quickly, treated my truck very well, and Tyler was great at communicating throughout the project. I have worked in the automotive service industry for a decade now, and I am incredibly picky about who I trust with my vehicles.

I am so thankful we went with Tyler, he worked diligently with the insurance company to make sure my SUV, that I had only had for three months, was fixed the way it should be by following the manufacturer safety guidelines instead of the quick fix other body shops promise. Tyler did not disappoint in the finished product. We are extremely appreciative for all the hard work he put into fighting to make sure what needed to be done was completed correctly even though the insurance company was constantly questioning the repairs.
Katie Peters
Glendale Body Shop was recommended to me from someone within the auto industry who had used them personally, so I drove further away from my house than I would have normally for my Highlander repair. This proved to be well worth it. Tyler at the shop is friendly, industrious and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through my insurance claim step by step and ensured we understood, nuts to bolts, everything from the insurance perspective, which was a big deal in my instance. Cannot recommend enough.
Everett Lennon
I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for finding Glendale Body Shop. We were traveling through Ohio, about 1000 miles from our home, when we were rear ended by a tractor trailer. After speaking with a few shops, Tyler at Glendale was far and away the friendliest and most helpful. Fortunately Tyler has been an unbelievably great resource throughout the process. He has taken a ton of time to work through issues with our claim and to make sure we are as prepared as possible. When I first spoke with Tyler I could tell Glendale was different. Moral of the story is take your car to Glendale!

I've used Glendale Auto Body a few times now and they are the absolute best. If you want the car brought to factory standards, look no further. Most shops do not care about your vehicle, only time. Highly recommend Tyler and the team.

I am incredibly thankful for Tyler and the work they did on my BMW X6 at the body shop. I had USAA and took my vehicle here to get things done the right way. The entire process was transparent and I was hands-off until the claim was complete. All the work is done to manufacturer standards, not the way the insurance wants to do it. That makes your vehicle come out perfect. I would definitely recommend them for any paint or body work you need, especially on higher end vehicles.
Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, your insurance company covers the cost of the repair. If the damage was caused by another driver, their insurance pays. For incidents where you're at fault, your collision coverage kicks in and your deductible applies. If you don't have insurance or prefer not to file a claim, we're happy to work with you directly and can provide a detailed estimate upfront so there are no surprises.
It depends on the extent of the damage. Minor dents and scratches can often be fixed in a few hours to a day. Bumper replacements or panel repairs typically take 2 to 5 days. More extensive collision damage that involves structural work or waiting on parts can take 1 to 3 weeks. Full restorations may take several weeks or longer. We'll give you a clear time estimate after the initial assessment and keep you updated throughout the process.
Yes, we can help arrange a loaner or rental car for you while your vehicle is in the shop. In many cases, your insurance policy includes rental car coverage, so the cost is partially or fully covered. If your policy doesn't include it or you're paying out of pocket, we work with local rental providers to get you a fair rate. Just let us know when you drop off your vehicle and we'll take care of the rest.
Our repair process is designed to ensure your vehicle is restored safely, accurately, and in accordance with manufacturer standards. Once your vehicle is dropped off, we begin a comprehensive evaluation to develop a complete and accurate repair plan. This includes: manufacturer diagnostic scanning to identify fault codes and impacted safety systems; controlled disassembly to expose all collision damage including structural and mechanical components not visible during an initial inspection; damage analysis to determine required replacements vs. repairs using manufacturer procedures; and a comprehensive repair plan outlining all required parts, labor, safety procedures, calibrations, and costs. We then review the plan with you and, when applicable, the responsible insurance carrier. Only after full evaluation and approval do repairs begin — ensuring no surprises, shortcuts, or incomplete assessments.
No. You have the legal right to choose any licensed body shop you want, regardless of what your insurance company suggests. Your insurer may recommend preferred shops, but they cannot require you to use one. Choosing your own shop means you pick a team you trust to do the job right, and your claim will be handled the same way either way.
DRP stands for Direct Repair Program. These are agreements between insurance companies and body shops where the shop agrees to follow the insurer's pricing and repair guidelines in exchange for a steady stream of referrals. The concern is that DRP shops may have an incentive to keep costs low for the insurer rather than prioritize the best possible repair for you. As an independent shop, we answer to you, not an insurance company, and we always use the parts and methods that are right for your vehicle.
A mechanic shop handles what's under the hood: engine repairs, oil changes, brake work, and other mechanical and maintenance services. A body shop specializes in the exterior and structure of your vehicle: dent repair, paint work, frame straightening, and collision damage. If your car was in an accident and has visible damage to panels, bumpers, or the frame, you need a body shop. If your engine light is on or your brakes are squeaking, that's a job for a mechanic.
