Why these cars are different

A modern German chassis mixes aluminum, boron steel, and structural adhesive in the same assembly. Each material has its own joining method, its own heat limit, and its own factory procedure. Weld where the manufacturer specifies rivet bonding and the panel can look perfect while the energy path through the structure is wrong.

Exotic bodywork adds carbon fiber panels and low-volume parts with long lead times. We plan around those lead times rather than improvising a substitute.

Finish work on difficult color

Porsche and Audi tri-coat and pearl finishes cannot be matched from a paint code alone. We spray let-down panels and adjust until the blend disappears under shop light and daylight both. On cars finished this way, the gap between acceptable and correct is visible from across a parking lot.

Calibration is part of the job

Adaptive cruise, lane keeping, blind spot monitoring, and night vision depend on sensors whose aim shifts when a bumper cover, windshield, or mirror is disturbed. Those systems are calibrated to specification and documented before the car leaves. An uncalibrated driver assistance system on a repaired vehicle is a safety defect, not a loose end.

Owners drive here on purpose

Customers bring us Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche vehicles from Indian Hill, Madeira, Montgomery, Terrace Park, and across the river from Northern Kentucky, usually because someone told them we would put the car back to factory standard rather than to a carrier's estimate.
